1. Ordering
You may order from us as an organisation. We retain the right not to accept your order service in case we are out of stock or delivery is not possible within reasonable time.
1.1 Information provided to us
As both a consumer or as a business customer we require you to list order details: your name, delivery address, email and phone number. In case you are a business customer we also request the registration id. By providing this information to us you confirm you are of legal age to make the order.

4. Right to cancel the order
As a consumer you may cancel the order within 14 days.
4.1 Right to return the order
In case the product is faulty you may return the order as long as the product is in it’s original shape and packaging.
5. Warranty
We guarantee that the product functions according to its specification as long as it is in normal use. This may vary by product and your first recourse is product fix, second product replacement in reasonable time frame.
